AIM has attracted many people of diverse gifts and backgrounds. We have full-time, part-time and volunteer staff members. All full-time staff members raise their financial support and view their work with AIM as ministry. Staff members range in educational background from those who have no high school degree to those who have graduated from seminary. We have extensive experience in the worlds of business and ministry. We bring a wide range of skills, gifts, and viewpoints to the organization. We live all over the country. We are unified by our commitment to each other and our desire to embrace the Great Commission.
