Current Openings

  1. Complete Short Application
  2. Email HR if you are interested in a preliminary mutual interview.
  3. Complete full application and temperament test.
  4. AIM runs background check and checks references.
  5. In depth interview with Team Leader.
  6. AIM makes conditional offer and candidate completes Taylor-Johnson assessment.
  7. Offered position and begin support raising process.
  8. Begin full-time when agreed support level is reached.
